Roots of Becoming is a photographic narrative exploring transformation and acceptance. Created as part of the Photography Story Poster assignment (at AMFI), this A1 poster features 10–12 images that visually depict Eve’s gradual metamorphosis into nature. Through experimental photography, the series captures her struggle between holding onto her human identity and surrendering to the forest’s pull. As leaves emerge from her arms and vines weave into her hair, Eve’s resistance fades, revealing that change is not an end, but a new beginning. Roots of Becoming conveys the beauty of transformation, emphasizing that embracing the unknown can lead to growth and deeper connection.
